US Junior Chess Championship is taking place in the Saint Louis Chess Club from July 15-25 2023. The 10-player event has a $40,000 prize fund with $12,000 for 1st place, while a sole winner will also gain a $10,000 academic scholarship.
Time control: 90 minutes for 40 moves, plus 30 minutes to the end of the game, plus 30 seconds increment per move starting from first move.
