The Israeli Chess Federation and the city of Netanya welcome the participants of the International Chess Festival on June 23nd - July 2nd 2019.
The festival consists of two main events: A crown group, The Masters and Netanya Open tournament.
The venue for all events is The V.I.P main hall in Netanya Football Stadium, Hamaccabiah street, Netanya.
Rate of play: For each player 90 minutes for the first 40 moves, plus 30 minutes for the rest of the game with an increment of 30 seconds per move, starting from the first move.
