U.S. Chess Championship is a 12-player round-robin tournament featuring some of the strongest players in the USA, who compete for $250,000 USD in prize money as well as the title of U.S. Chess Champion.
Time control: 90 minutes for the first 40 moves, plus 30 minutes for the rest of the game, plus 30 seconds increment per move starting from first move.
