Norway Chess 2024 is a six-player double round-robin tournament and is taking place from 27 May to 7 June 2024 in Stavanger, Norway.
Time control: 120 minutes for the entire game, plus 10 seconds increment per move starting from move 41.
If the classical game ends in a draw, players contest in an armageddon game where White starts with 10 minutes, and Black starts with 7 and has draw odds.
Points:
- 3 per win in the classical game - 1.5 per win in the armageddon game - 1 per loss in the armageddon game - 0 per loss in the classical game
