The super-tournament Kortchnoi Zurich Chess Challenge 2017 is scheduled to take place from 12-17th April in Zurich, Switzerland.
The first leg will be all-play-all with the time control 45 min + 30 sec per player. The win will bring 2 points and draw 1 point. The second leg will be with the rapid time control 10 min + 5 sec and the point system is 1 for win, 0,5 for draw.
The participants are Vladimir Kramnik, Viswanathan Anand, Hikaru Nakamura, Ian Nepomniachtchi, Peter Svidler, Boris Gelfand, Yannick Pelletier and the best player from the “Nutcracker” tournament.
