It's a competition between some of the strongest juniors in the USA vs the rest of the world.
In the Under-17 category there are 5 players in each team. The tournament is a double Scheveningen with 4 games per round. Each round one player from each team is free. Scheveningen means that US players will only play Rest of the World-players.
Rate of play:
90 minutes all moves +30 seconds increment
